The ShITR - Shivery Icy Trail Run is scheduled for Sunday, January 4, 2026, in Saint Louis, Missouri. In-person and virtual distances are offered. Distances include:

Listed entry fees are: 1 mile $30, 5k $45, 10k $50, half marathon $80, virtual events $55, and stroller kids $7. Prices for in-person distances increase after December 21, 2025. Registration for virtual events closes December 8, 2025. Stroller Kids registration closes January 3, 2026.
Course, place, and logistics
The event takes place at Creve Coeur Park, 2160 Creve Coeur Mill Rd, Saint Louis, MO 63146. Courses run around Mallard Lake and use a mix of paved paths and non-technical trails. Longer distances travel through additional areas of the park. Finishers receive a winter hat, hot drinks, and there will be live music at the finish area. A portion of event proceeds supports the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation - Mid-America Chapter. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
