ShITR - Shivery Icy Trail Run overview
The ShITR - Shivery Icy Trail Run takes place on Sunday, January 4, 2026, at Creve Coeur Park in Saint Louis, Missouri. The courses run around Mallard Lake and use a mix of paved paths and non-technical trails. Longer distances travel through additional park areas. Finishers receive a winter hat, hot drinks, and there will be live music after the race. A portion of race proceeds supports the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation - Mid-America Chapter.

Registration prices listed for the in-person events are $25 for the 1 mile, $35 for the 5k, $45 for the 10k, and $75 for the half marathon.
