Registration, inclusion, and policies
Standard race registrations include a designer shirt, custom finisher medal, chip timing with live results, free photos, and finish-line snacks. The 1 Mile and Kid's Dash are untimed; the Kid's Dash is for children ages 10 and under and includes youth-sized shirt and a mini bib. Virtual participants receive a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and mailed packet; packets for virtual entries ship the Wednesday after the race and participants may upload times and photos.
Age-group awards apply to the 5k, 10k, and Half Marathon (overall male/female, masters 40+, and top three in multiple age brackets). Bodies Race Company events have a no-refund policy and may proceed in adverse weather; cancellation is limited to venue requirements or ice hazards, with transfers to virtual if cancellation occurs.
