Doomsday 5K is a trail race presented by Terrain Trail Runners and scheduled for January 1, 2027 at Cliff Cave County Park, 806 Cliff Cave Rd, Saint Louis, MO. The advertised course is 5K with approximately 272 feet of elevation gain and uses a mix of pavement and dirt trail. The route begins on pavement for about 0.5 mile, continues on the Spring Valley Trail Outer Loop for about 1.8 miles, then returns on pavement for the final 0.5 mile. Spring Valley Trail is described as an all-dirt trail with rolling hills, roots, and rocks.
