Georgia Brain Tumor Walk & Race
The Georgia Brain Tumor Walk & Race is a community 5K walk and timed 5K run held at The Battery Atlanta on April 25, 2026. The event raises awareness and funds to support the needs of brain tumor patients and their families. It is presented as a family event open to all ages.
Event features include a survivor tribute and a remembrance ceremony. A drumline leads participants toward the start area. The event offers a Kids Tent with activities, light refreshments and water for participants, and welcomes wheelchairs, strollers and leashed pets.
Practical information includes on-site parking in the Green, Yellow, Purple and Red lots, with the first two hours free. Participation options and fees listed for the event are: Walker $30; Timed Runner $35; Youth Walker (12 and under) $5; Youth Timed Runner (12 and under) $15. Virtual registration is offered at no cost; virtual participants who raise $75 or more by March 25, 2026 will receive an event t-shirt. In-person event t-shirts are available for participants who register prior to March 25, 2026. Fundraising incentives include an Accelerator Tee for those who raise $250 by April 7, 2026.
