5K Fun Run and Family Walk : Glenview, IL
The 5K Fun Run and Family Walk is the Chicago Coalition for Family Building's main annual fundraiser. It takes place on September 20, 2026 at Blue Star Memorial Woods, 701 E Lake Ave, Glenview, IL 60025.
The event program includes a chip-timed 5K, a Kids Dash, a family walk and a virtual 5K option. Participants may create individual fundraising pages and organize teams to run, walk or bike the 5K. Race day activities and amenities include race bib and t-shirt pick-up, post-race music, a food truck, face painting, arts and crafts and participant swag.
