Fruitport Old Fashioned Days 5K and Memorial Mile 2027
The event includes two running events at Fruitport Middle School, located at 3113 E Pontaluna Road in Fruitport, Michigan. Distances offered:
- 5K
- 1 mile Memorial Mile Fun Run
Packet pickup is at the concession stand by the track on the day of the race; late entries and day-of registration are accepted until 7:45. Event parking is available at Fruitport Middle School.
The 5K features age divisions, awards for overall male and female winners, and awards for male and female masters (40+). All 5K finishers receive a finisher medal. The Memorial Mile Fun Run has no age divisions and all participants receive an award.
Registration opens January 20 and closes May 22. Entry fees before May 23 are $35 for the 5K and $10 for the Memorial Mile; fees increase to $40 and $15 respectively after May 23. A family registration discount of $5 per runner applies to three or more immediate family members when registering before May 23.
The course starts at the corner of 7th and Beech and finishes on the school track near the 20-yard line. The race is chip timed by MITime Race Management LLC. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
