The Blue Lake Township Firefighters' Association holds the 19th annual St. Patrick's Day 5K Run/Walk on March 21, 2026 in Twin Lake, Michigan. The event starts and finishes at the Blue Lake Township Fire Department, 1491 Owasippe Rd., Twin Lake, MI 49457. The program is held regardless of the weather.

- 5K Run/Walk
- 1/2 mile Fun Run for kids 9 and under
The 5K includes a family-rate option. The kids fun run is limited to age 9 and under; all participants in the half-mile run receive a medal.
Registration, awards and rules
Regular entry for the 5K and family-rate 5K is listed at $20; the kids half-mile is listed at $5. The 5K entries note a price increase after March 16, 2026. The kids fun run registration closes March 19, 2026. Day-of-event registration is available.
Awards include trophies for overall male and female winners and male and female masters winners. Medals are awarded to the top three in each age group (9 & under and five-year age groups up to 75 and over). A kilt division awards medals to the top three male and female finishers who run wearing a kilt. Pets are not allowed; strollers are permitted only with walkers.
