Frozen Trash Panda : Winter Wild Thangs Trail Series Race 2
Frozen Trash Panda is a trail running event at Monte Sano State Park in Huntsville, AL, organized by RunningLane Events. It serves as the second race in the Winter Wild Thangs Trail Series and is held on park trails with mountain scenery.

The course includes bluff views, creek crossings, waterfalls and varied trail terrain. Several aid stations are placed on course offering water, Gatorade, cola, GU, pretzels, M&M's, granola bars and similar items. RunningLane Events operates this as a cupless race; participants must carry a handheld bottle, pack or reusable cup. A reusable cup is available for purchase for $5.
The event is capped at 400 runners. Participants in the 10K and half marathon receive a short sleeve tri-blend t-shirt and a finisher award; the same shirt is used across the series. Packet pickup is available at the RunningLane Store on Friday, January 2 from 12:00 to 17:00, and also on race morning from 7:00 to 7:45. Age groups apply for all races: 0-9, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
Cutoffs are described as very loose, with a 17 minute per mile cutoff for Long Series participants. Marco's Pizza is listed as a series sponsor with pizza provided at the finish line.
