• 10K
• Half marathon
The event is capped at 400 runners. All entrants receive a short sleeve tri-blend race shirt and a finisher award; the shirt design is the same for the entire series. The course includes bluff views, mountain scenery, creek crossings and waterfalls. Several aid stations are provided with water, Gatorade, Coke, GU, pretzels, M&M's, granola bars and similar items.
This is a cupless race: runners must carry a hand held bottle, pack or reusable cup. A RunningLane reusable cup is available for purchase at checkout for $5. Packet pickup is available at the RunningLane store the day before the race and there is limited pickup the morning of the event.
Timing and cutoff notes state very loose cutoffs overall. Participants who cannot maintain roughly 15 minute miles are advised to consider the shorter series options; a 17 minute per mile cutoff applies for Long Series participants. There are no refunds, deferrals, credits or family transfers, and leftover shirts and medals are not mailed. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
