Frieth Hilly 10k & 5k
Frieth Hilly is a set of road and trail races held on 11 October 2026 in Frieth, set in the Chiltern Hills between Marlow and Henley-on-Thames, about 35 miles from central London. The course runs through woodland and country lanes and includes views over the Hambledon valley and surrounding Chilterns.
The event uses mixed terrain and winding paths, with distinct uphill and downhill sections. The route combines rural single-track paths and surfaced country roads, so parts of the course may be steeper or uneven.
Distances:
- 10 km - two 5 km sections with up and downhills, returning to Frieth.
- 5 km - gentler outward section from Frieth through Fingest to Skirmett.
