Wild Christmas Charity Run
The Wild Christmas Charity Run raises funds for the Hospice of St Francis. The event offers a festive trail option with a free mince pie included for each entry. Hot drinks and mulled wine will be available to purchase on site and there is a prize for best fancy dress; wearing fancy dress is optional.

The meeting point is Church Farm Cafe in Aldbury. Parking is free on site and the start is a 15 minute walk from the nearest rail station. Facilities at the venue include a cafe, toilets and a bag drop.
The event is open to all ages and abilities. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Dogs may take part but must use canicross equipment, be kept on lead at all times, and places for dogs are limited. The route uses trails with some hills and participants will be grouped by similar ability for the 8 km guided run.
Included with entry are a run or walk leader, trail running tips and a mince pie. Personal insurance and travel are not included. Spaces are limited and ticket prices shown for the event include adult and child rates. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
