Friends of the Poor 5K Walk/Run

Friends of the Poor 5K Walk/Run & Kiddy-K is a fundraising event in Owings, Maryland, at Jesus the Good Shepherd trail (1601 W Mount Harmony Rd). It offers a fast, mostly flat 5K timed course with wooded sections, plus the Kiddy-K kid’s run for children 10 and under. The day features family-friendly activities, including games, a visit from the fire department, door prizes, raffles, a 50/50, and a silent auction.
