31st Annual 5K Walk Run Soul Fitness Weekend
The Ivy Community Charities of Prince George's County, Inc. presents a hybrid 31st annual 5K walk and run taking place September 26–27, 2026 at Watkins Regional Park in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. The event combines an in-person 5K walk and 5K run at Watkins Park with virtual 5K walk and run options and virtual wellness activities. The in-person program includes live Zumba and health vendors.
Participant registration opens May 4, 2026 and participant registration closes September 12, 2026. The standard participant fee for the in-person and virtual 5K events is $35. Several sponsorship levels are available with varying fees and benefits; sponsorship packages include a specified number of race registrations and event t-shirts and may include promotional placement on the race information page and materials.
Funds raised will support mental health awareness and research, efforts to address childhood hunger, and other local community programs administered by the organizing charity.
