Fort Gordon Turkey Trot 5K
This event on November 7, 2026 features untimed fun runs on the base disc golf area and activities centered at Engineer Field near the Dog Park. The course uses a partially closed route through the disc golf course. Parking is available at Engineer Field.
Packet pick up is held at the race site on race day from 7:30 to 8:45 am. There are no competitive awards because the runs are untimed, but finisher medals are presented at the completion of the event.
Access information notes that non-DoD visitors must preregister for a visitor pass at least 24 hours in advance. Directions to the site advise entering through Gate 1, turning left onto Kilborne Street, continuing left past the 36th Street four way stop, with Engineer Field and the Dog Park located on the right.
