Fast Before the Feast
Fast Before the Feast is a charitable Thanksgiving Day running event at White Bear Lake County Park in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. The event offers a kids Turkey Dash, a 5K, and a 10K, and a portion of race proceeds is donated to local food shelves and hunger-relief programs. The course is described as scenic and is located near the Minneapolis–St. Paul area.

- Turkey Dash : 0.5 mile
- 5K : 3.1 miles
- 10K : 6.2 miles
Race-day packet pickup occurs on Thanksgiving morning only. Race packets include the race bib, timing chip, and any selected shirt and finisher medal. Professional photography is provided at no extra cost. Parking is free and close to the start, with overflow parking available. Strollers and leashed dogs are allowed on the course.
Awards are given to the top overall male and female finishers and to the top three male and female finishers in each age group; the Turkey Dash receives finisher medals only. Winners must be present to receive awards; shipping is the recipient’s responsibility. Race results are provided by a third-party timing service. Notes about apparel state that women’s shirts are fitted and run small while men’s shirts are generously sized; shirts mailed after late registrations may not match the requested size.
