5K Foam Fest Vancouver Island, BC : May 30, 2026
The 5K Foam Fest takes place Saturday May 30, 2026 at Laketown Ranch Music & Recreation Park in Lake Cowichan. The course covers 5K and features 25 obstacles on site, including inflatable waterslides, multiple slip n slides, foam zones and muddy sections. The event will deploy 2.5 million cubic feet of foam.
Registration is offered at a current price and a full price with local taxes and fees applied. Spectator entry is free. Included items for participants listed by the organizer include a string bag, a 5K Foam Buff, a finishers medal, a festival wristband, a temporary tattoo and a free low resolution finish photo with high resolution available for purchase. On-site services and amenities include water stations, a live DJ, food vendors, a licensed beer garden, a merch tent, a kids free fun zone, rinse stations and a gear check option.
A camping option is available at Laketown Ranch for the night before the event on May 29. The published camping rate is $75 per site for up to four adults or two adults with three children under 12 and includes a 20 by 34 foot site. Additional camping rules and parking fees are noted for participants. The organizer recommends bringing photo ID, sunscreen, cash and a change of clothes.
