The 5K Foam Fest - Vancouver Island, BC

Set on Vancouver Island at Arbutus Meadows Farm on Island Highway East in Nanoose Bay, The 5K Foam Fest is a one-of-a-kind obstacle-course-based fun run. The event features over 25 obstacles, including the world’s largest inflatable waterslide and mud pits, plus 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. It’s designed for all ages and abilities, with all obstacles optional and the course meant to be enjoyed at your own pace.

The festival atmosphere includes live music, a free kids zone, food vendors, and a beer garden. Perks include a finisher’s medal, foam tattoos, water/shower/change facilities, and free event photos.
