The 5K Foam Fest - Vancouver Island, BC
The 5K Foam Fest is an obstacle course run of approximately 5 km held at Laketown Ranch Music & Recreation Park in Lake Cowichan on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. The event is scheduled for May 30, 2026.
The course features over 25 obstacles, including a large inflatable waterslide, mud pits, and a substantial amount of foam. All obstacles are optional, and participants can complete the course at their own pace. The event includes a festival area with music, local vendors, and a beer garden.
There is a free kids' zone for children aged 6 and under. Participants aged 7 to 12 must run with a registered adult, while those aged 13 to 17 may participate without a chaperone but must follow all course rules. A waiver must be signed by a legal guardian for any participant under 18.
The base registration includes a string bag, a buff, a finisher's medal, a temporary tattoo, water stations, a shower station, change room access, the festival area, and free event photos.
