The 5K Foam Fest - East Melbourne 2026

Important details

Participant ages: the run is open to ages 7 and up. Children aged 7 to 12 must run with a registered adult. Participants aged 13 to 17 do not require an adult chaperone but event waivers for those under 18 must be signed by a legal guardian. Children 6 years and under may not run the course but can use the free Kids FUN Zone with adult supervision.
