Age rules, safety, and other notes
Participants must be at least 7 years old to run the course. Children aged 7 to 12 must run with a registered adult; those 13 to 17 do not require a chaperone but must follow course rules. Event waivers are required and a legal guardian must sign for participants under 18. All obstacles are optional. Group discounts are available for groups of 10 or more.
