Seaford Wetlands Fun Run 2026
Seaford Wetlands Fun Run takes place on Sunday 29 November 2026 at Patterson River Secondary College, Eel Race Road, Seaford VIC. The event is organised by Rotary Peninsula 2.0 and Seaford Little Athletics Club and supports Kindred Clubhouse as well as several local community groups including SES, Seaford Little Aths, and TeamSport4All.
Distances offered include:
- 2 km run
- 5 km run
- 5 km walk
- 10 km run
- Family Pass entry for 4 to 6 people
The course runs mostly on sealed, flat paths suitable for wheelchairs and prams, with about 200 m on grass at the start and on return. After heavy rain the grassed areas can be wet and muddy, so participants are asked to remain on the path unless the course is marked otherwise. Pets are not permitted on the run course and must be on lead in the start and finish area; owners should clean up droppings.
Facilities and event services include a bag drop area, food and drink stalls at the start and finish, and a parking area at Riviera Park with a gold coin donation. T shirts and timing bibs are available the Friday before the event and on the event morning. All finishers receive a specially designed finisher medal and trophies are awarded in male and female age groups. Early bird registration closes 1 November and singlets cannot be guaranteed for entries after 5 November. A youth discount of A$15 applies for entrants aged 17 and under.
