Seaford Wetlands Fun Run
The Seaford Wetlands Fun Run takes place on Sunday 29 November 2026 at Patterson River Secondary College, Eel Race Road, Seaford, Victoria. The event is organised by Rotary Peninsula 2.0 and Seaford Little Athletics Club and raises funds for Kindred Clubhouse and several local community groups.
Distances offered include:
- 10 km run
- 5 km run
- 5 km walk
- 2 km run (primarily for children)
- Family pass (min 4, max 6 entrants)
The course is mostly sealed and flat and is described as suitable for wheelchairs and prams. There is approximately 200 m on a football oval grass surface at the start and return. After heavy rain, adjacent grassed areas may be wet and muddy, and participants are asked to remain on the paved path unless the course is specifically marked otherwise.
Event logistics noted by the organiser: pets are not allowed on the run course and must be on a lead in the start/finish area; a bag drop area will be provided; food and drink stalls will operate at the start/finish; parking is at Riviera Park for a gold coin donation; T-shirts and timing bibs are available at a pre-event pickup and on event day.
