Florida Holiday Distance Classic
The Florida Holiday Distance Classic is a holiday-themed running event taking place on 12/20/2026 in Seminole, Florida. The event uses Seminole City Park as the start and finish location and the park is the site for the post-race celebration. The organizer notes a holiday theme and mentions Santa as part of the event atmosphere.
The program offers multiple race distances with separate registration windows and fees:
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles) - registration opens 01/01/2026 and closes 12/13/2026; fee $85.
- 10K - registration opens 01/01/2026 and closes 12/13/2026; fee $60.
- 5K - registration opens 01/01/2026 14:29 and closes 12/13/2026; fee $35.
The half marathon and 10K were moved to start and finish at Seminole City Park due to earlier venue and route uncertainty from hurricanes Helene and Milton. Alcoholic beverages will not be offered at the event because of park restrictions and to maintain a more family-focused environment. The event location address is 11877 74th Ave N, Seminole, FL 33772. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
