Dunedin St. Andrew's Kilted 5K
The event is the first annual Kilted Trail Run & Walk held as part of the 2026 Dunedin Celtic Festival. The course is a 5K that starts and finishes in Highlander Park and includes a scenic trail section through Hammock Park. Both runners and walkers may take part, and kilts are encouraged but not required.
Early bird registration is offered for a fee of $30. Registration opens on 2026-09-01 and closes on 2026-10-21. Entry includes a T-shirt, a finishing medal, and admission to the Dunedin Celtic Festival, noted as a $25 value. The festival program includes Celtic bands, performances by the City of Dunedin Pipe Band, Scottish Dance, and other festival activities.
Packet pick-up is available Friday evening, November 20, between 4:30 and 6:00 PM at the Dunedin Community Center, 1920 Pinehurst Rd., Dunedin 34698, and also on the event day at the registration tent starting at 9:00 AM.
