F45 Clearwater HALFROX
F45 Clearwater HALFROX is a scaled-down HYROX simulation held on September 12, 2026 at 2172 Gulf To Bay Boulevard, Clearwater, FL 33765. The format uses the eight official HYROX stations at half distance, with a 500m run preceding each station, and offers both solo and doubles entries. One ticket covers both teammates for doubles entries.
The event schedules heats every eight minutes and has coaches on site to run standards and pacing. Some stations will be performed outside. The listed duration is four hours and the event is for participants aged 18 and over. Refunds are available up to three days before the event.
The workout follows a set order with a 500m run before each station: SkiErg 500m, Sled Push 25m, Sled Pull 25m, Burpee Broad Jumps 40m, Row 500m, Farmer's Carry 100m, Sandbag Lunges 50m, and Wall Balls 50 reps. Official weights are used where applicable at the scaled distances, and the sequence is intended to assess endurance, strength, and sustained effort in a race-style fitness format.
