Florence Turkey Trot 5K and Gobbler Wobbler Kids Run
The 14th annual Florence Turkey Trot features a community 5K and a separate kids dash at Briggs Elementary School, 1012 Congaree Dr., Florence, SC. The 5K course has been measured to standard 5K distance and includes a water stop that participants pass twice. Participants are encouraged to dress in costume. Baby strollers and dogs are permitted on the course.

- 50 Yards (Gobbler Wobbler Kids Run)
The 5K includes a participant shirt while supplies last and a finisher medal. Awards are planned for top finishers: top three overall male and female, top three masters male and female (age 40 and over), and top three male and female in each age group. Age groups include 10 & under, 11–14, 15–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60–69, and 70 plus. The kids dash is untimed and will not receive awards.
Packet pickup will be available near the start line on race morning. Parking is in the Briggs Elementary parking lot and restrooms are located near the start area. Day-of registration is available if needed. The kids dash is free but requires registration. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
