Flight to the Finish
Flight to the Finish is a community fundraising race on May 9, 2026 in Jackson, Mississippi, benefiting St. Richard Catholic School and hosted by the St. Richard Men's Club.
Distances and event types:
- 5K Run - running only, registration fee $35
- 5K Walk - walking only, registration fee $35; participants who run will be recorded as runners
- 1-Mile Fun Run - registration fee $20
Registration opens March 24, 2026. Registration for the 5K events closes April 30, 2026; registration for the 1-mile event closes May 8, 2026. Shirt size requests are guaranteed for registrations submitted by April 30, 2026. There will be no race day registrations.
Family registration is available for immediate family members at $100; the family registration option must be selected at registration.
Post-race activities include food, live music, and family-oriented activities. The race bib also serves as the food ticket. Awards will be presented to overall winners, age group winners, and 1-mile participants. Finisher medals will be given. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
