13th Annual Flanigan's Rockin' Rib Run 10K
The Flanigan's Rockin' Rib Run 10K is a charitable road race held at Miramar Regional Park in Florida. The event features a flat and fast out-and-back course that takes place on the roads of Miramar. The race has a participation limit of 4,000 runners.
Participants can choose from several registration categories:
- 10 km Run
- Miami Marlins Kids Dash
- Elite Male and Female 10 km (invitation only)
Following the run, participants receive food and beverages including baby back ribs, beer, and wine provided by Flanigan's Seafood Bar and Grill. A specialized VIP package is also available, which includes access to a private pre-race bathroom area, a dedicated packet pick-up section, and a post-race VIP tent with a buffet and an additional guest wristband.
The event proceeds benefit the HOPE mission programs of the Miami Lakes United Methodist Church. There is no race-day packet pick-up; instead, participants must collect their materials at a designated location in Davie during the days leading up to the race.
