Filey Lions 10K Beach Race - 14 June 2026
The Filey Lions 10K Beach Race is an annual event organised by Filey Lions Club since 2015, held on Filey beach in North Yorkshire. The event is a 10 km run that starts and finishes close to Filey Sailing Club, where registration and race headquarters are based. The course runs south along the marshalled beach to a marked turnaround at the 5 km water station before returning to the start and finish arch.
The course is described as multi terrain with a flat profile and comprises a single lap. Facilities listed for the event include water, distance markers, toilets, changing rooms, showers and baggage storage. The event is not suitable for wheelchairs and the race licence is listed as not applicable.
