Event Format
The Filey Lions 10K Beach Race is an annual event organized by Filey Lions Club. It is a single-lap, 10 km multi-terrain race run along Filey Beach.
Course Details
The race starts and finishes near the Filey Sailing Club, which also serves as the race headquarters for registration. Participants run south along the marshalled beach, turn at the 5 km water station, and return along the same route to the finish. The course profile is described as flat. It is not suitable for wheelchairs.
Facilities
Available facilities include water stations, distance markers, toilets, changing facilities, showers, and a baggage store.
Entry Information
Entry is limited to 250 participants. Entry on the day is not available. The entry fee is £18.00 for affiliated runners and £20.00 for unaffiliated runners.
