Event Overview
The Fifth Street Runspringa Series is a five-week event series held on Thursday evenings from March 26 to April 30, 2026, at Wayne A. Grube Memorial Park in Northampton, Pennsylvania.
Events and Format
Each week offers three event types:
- RUN: A two-lap cross-country style run.
- CYCLOCROSS: A five-lap cyclocross-style bike race.
- Double Cross: Participation in both the run and the cyclocross events.
The run and Double Cross events begin at 6 PM, with the cyclocross event starting at 7 PM. The off-road course uses grass, dirt, and park trails, and its direction alternates each week.
Registration and Pricing
Weekly on-site registration is available, accepting cash, credit card, and Venmo. A single $20 entry fee covers participation in the run, the cyclocross event, or both. A discounted rate of $10 per race applies to juniors (up to age 16). Season passes for the entire five-week series are available for $79.
Amenities and Awards
The event includes a post-race social with complimentary grilled food items and adult beverages for participants aged 21 and over. A point system is used throughout the series, with the runner/rider finishing in 5th place overall in each series (run, ride, or Double Cross) at the end being crowned the overall winner.
