Emmaus 4 Mile Classic
The event marks the 50th running of the Emmaus 4 Mile Classic on April 11, 2027, organized by the Emmaus Community Foundation. The main event is a four-mile course that winds through Emmaus neighborhoods and starts from Emmaus High School at 500 Macungie Ave, Emmaus, PA 18049.
Distances:
- 4 miles : classic four-mile course through Emmaus neighborhoods.
- 1 mile : sidewalk loop around Emmaus High School; no official times or prizes.
Participation for the main race is limited to 400 runners. The Kids Fun Run is free and is led by a cyclist; it is not timed and does not offer prizes. Race timing for the main event will be handled by the Bryn Mawr Racing Company and official results will be posted by the timing company.
Awards include monetary prizes for overall male and female finishers and gift certificates for age-group top finishers. Age groups start at 14 and under and continue in standard decade ranges up to 70 and over. All runners and volunteers receive a short-sleeve t-shirt. Amenities listed for the event include refreshments, indoor bathrooms, a water station, and prizes.
