Event Information

The Fife Pilgrim Way Ultra Marathon is a 90 km footrace along the historic Fife Pilgrim Way. The route starts in North Queensferry and finishes at St Andrews Cathedral.

The Route

The course follows a fully marked, ancient pilgrim route. It passes through historic towns including Dunfermline, Lochore, Markinch, and Ceres. The total elevation gain is 1,200 metres. There is a 15-hour time limit for the distance, which has an age limit of 20 years and over.

Entry and Inclusions

Entry fees are listed as £120, £135, or £150. Registration for the event is required. All entrants receive a t-shirt, and all finishers receive a medal. The event includes hot food at selected aid stations and a shuttle bus back to the start. An optional donation to a Fife-based charity is available.
