The Fife Pilgrim Way Ultra Marathon is a new ultra event held on Saturday 2 May 2026. The route follows the historic pilgrim way across Fife, finishing at St Andrews Cathedral. The course passes through towns including Dunfermline, Lochore, Markinch, and Ceres and crosses varied Fife countryside. The organiser is Blast Running and the event has a maximum capacity of 150 entrants.

Entry fees are listed as £120 (VIP list), £135 (standard entry), and £150 (last 7 days). Entries include a finisher medal and a T-shirt for all entrants. Selected aid stations will offer hot food.
