Festival of the Lakes Roadie Run
The Festival of the Lakes Roadie Run is centered at The Pavilion at Wolf Lake Memorial Park in Hammond, IN. The main course is a flat and fast 5k that starts and finishes at the pavilion. The course holds USATF Certification No. IN20019TDK.
The event program includes multiple ways to participate:
- 5k run open division.
- 5k run Clydesdale and Athena weight based divisions not eligible for age group awards.
- 1 mile children's race open to children 13 years or younger.
- 5k walk option.
Registration details and participant notes: registration opens April 15 and closes July 1. The standard registration fee for most adult events is $25. Athletes 13 and under can register free using the code 13UNDER. The children's mile has no registration fee and participants receive a cotton race shirt while supplies last. Registering by July 1 guarantees a race shirt. The Clydesdale and Athena categories follow specific weight thresholds: Athena for women 170 pounds and over, Clydesdale for men 210 pounds and over.
