Registration pricing is tiered by date. Early Bird (through Oct. 31) adult, youth, and dog rates differ from Regular (Nov. 1 - Nov. 22) and Race Week (Nov. 23 - Nov. 26) rates. Adult, youth (under 18), and dog fees are specified for each registration period.
Participants line up by wave: Wave 1 for 5-Mile runners, Wave 2 for 2-Mile fun runners, Wave 3 for 2-Mile walkers, and Wave 4 for the Dog Jog. Walkers and strollers are asked to line up near the back. Dogs must line up after other participants for the 2-Mile course, are not allowed inside the venue during bib and t-shirt pick-up or on race morning, and are permitted only on the 2-Mile course. Runners on the 5-Mile course with a dog risk disqualification of chip time.
Bib and t-shirt pick-up is available the day before and on the event morning; participants need their registration QR code for pick-up and may collect packages for others if they have the other persons' QR codes. Volunteers are needed on the afternoon of Nov. 25 and Thanksgiving morning; volunteers receive a complimentary event shirt. Snacks and a personal pumpkin pie are provided at the finish.
