Registration fees vary by registration period. Early bird (through Oct. 31) prices list adults at $27, youth (under 18) $15, and dogs $5. Regular registration (Nov. 1–22) lists adults at $35, youth $15, and dogs $5. Race week prices (Nov. 23–26) list adults at $40, youth $15, and dogs $5. Race week registrants are not guaranteed preferred shirt sizes.
Bib and t-shirt pick-up is at the Fox Cities Exhibition Center with pickup times on the Wednesday before the event and on Thanksgiving morning. Confirmation emails include a QR code for registration pick-up. Dogs are not allowed inside buildings during pick-up.
Volunteer roles are available on the afternoon of Nov. 25 and on Thanksgiving morning. All volunteers receive a free event shirt.
Course notes and rules include a single start line with two waves (5-Mile then 2-Mile), a course split at Franklin Street at about 1.67 miles, and dog restrictions: dogs may run only on the 2-Mile course and must follow event guidelines or risk disqualification.
Post-race snacks and pumpkin pie pick-up occur near Oneida Street and Houdini Plaza; participants must turn in the pie tag from their bib. The downtown courses cross railroad tracks twice; trains have right of way and participants should exercise caution. Street parking requires meter payment on Wednesday; parking is free on Thanksgiving Day for streets, ramps, and public lots. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
