New Year's Eve Chilly Chili Run/Walk
The event takes place on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, at the Hornung Student Center on the Marian University campus (45 S National Ave). Registration and the post-race party are held in the Hornung Student Center. Parking is available in the Stayer Center lot (enter from 2nd Street or Morningside Drive) or the Regina lot (enter from Division Street).

Course, registration and awards
The 5k course is flat, measured as accurate, and entirely on roads. Organizers note the course could be snow or ice covered. Course maps and a campus map are provided.
Registration is online only. Sweatshirt orders require registration by December 15 and are available in adult sizes only; no sweatshirt requests will be honored after that date and unclaimed sweatshirts are the responsibility of the participant. Entry fees listed for registrations by December 15 are: $30 with a crewneck sweatshirt, $40 with a hooded sweatshirt, or $15 without a sweatshirt. Kids in the 1/2 mile who want a sweatshirt may register for $15 (crewneck) or $25 (hooded). After December 15 and on race day the fee is listed as $25 for all participants. Club members in good standing may take $2 off the entry fee.
Awards include overall male and female awards for both the 5k run and the 5k walk. Chili bowls are awarded to the top male and female in each 5k run age group: 14 & under; 15-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70 & over. Overall winners are excluded from age-group awards. All kids in the 1/2 mile receive a participant award. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
