Fantasy Fest 5K Run/Walk
Fantasy Fest 5K is a themed running and walking event held on Duval Street in Key West at the Tiki House Key West. The event offers in-person and virtual options and includes an untimed one mile run labeled Run Like a Rockstar. Participants receive a whimsical race medal at the finish.

On-course and post-race features noted by the organizer include a shot opportunity on the course, a shot station offering a free shot for the Run Like a Rockstar mile, and event swag for that mile. After the race there is a post-race party at the Tiki House Key West that includes a free beer, a themed drink or a soft drink, and the Hostess Twinkie Cake offered by the venue.
