Family Gratitude 5K and Kids 1/2 Mile Run - Ripples of Hope
This annual event takes place on November 26, 2026 at the Endicott Estate on East Street in Dedham, MA and is offered both in person and virtually. The program includes a 5K and a short kids run, plus a walk option for the 5K distance.

Registration categories include in person 5K run, in person 5K walk, a virtual 5K run or walk, and an in person kids 1/2 mile run for children age 9 and under. The kids race is free with a suggested donation of at least $5. Walkers in the 5K are not chip timed; chip timing is available for the run registration.
The event supports local charitable work. Beneficiaries and partners named include the Dedham Youth Commission, Dedham Food Pantry, and Ripples of Hope local initiatives, and the event also lists assistance for families affected by natural disasters and refugee resettlement. The event lists community sponsors and partners such as Needham Bank, Dunkin, Norfolk & Dedham Group, Petrini Corp, Dick's Sporting Goods and others.
Strollers are welcome with a request to line up toward the back of the field for safety. Dogs are not permitted due to race liability. Organizers seek day of race volunteers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
