FAME Fun 5K Run/Walk
The FAME Fun 5K Run/Walk is the fourth annual event presented by FAME (Fund for Advancement of Minorities Through Education). It takes place on June 14, 2026 at Boyce Park in Plum, Pennsylvania, with virtual participation offered from other locations.
Event formats include:
- 5K race (3.1 miles)
- 1 Mile walk
- FAME Families 5K (3.1 miles)
- FAME Families 1 Mile
- Virtual 5K (3.1 miles)
- Virtual 1 Mile
Chip timing is provided for in-person 5K participants; the 1 Mile is untimed. Age group awards will be given. All participants receive post-event food, drinks, and snacks. A commemorative race T-shirt is provided to runners.
Registration opens January 7, 2026. Registration deadlines vary by event; some in-person entries close April 19, 2026, virtual entries close June 13, 2026, and family event registration is available on race day at Boyce Park. Entry fees differ by event.
