Falmouth 4-Miler
The Falmouth 4 Mile is an out and back road race held at Falmouth Community Park, 18 Winn Rd, Falmouth, Maine 04105. The course is measured as a 4 Mile road route and the event explicitly welcomes walkers.
The event makes donations to Falmouth High School cross country and track teams. Overall cash prizes are offered: $100 for each overall winner male and female and $75 for each second place overall male and female. Additional awards are given for age groups, running clubs, corporate teams, and open teams.
Registration fee tiers are stated as $26 Wicked Early Bird by June 30, $29 from July 1 through January 21, $34 thereafter, and $39 for race day registration. Participants registered by March 16 will receive shirts. The organizer notes a no refunds policy.
Course records are listed as 19:44 for the male course record (2024) and 21:59 for the female course record (2014). In the event of catastrophic weather, a public health crisis, or other extreme events beyond race management control, the organizer will attempt to move the race to an alternate date; if that is not possible, the race may be converted to a virtual event where participants run the course and submit results on their own.
