Fallen Comrades Half Marathon
The Fallen Comrades event at West Point includes a Half Marathon (13.1 miles) with an option to run or ruck, and a separate 1-mile kids run. The event is scheduled for March 14, 2027, at Daly Field / Johnson Stadium at Doubleday Field in West Point, NY. The race is dedicated to members of the Long Gray Line who died in service.
Participants in the half marathon receive a short-sleeve technical race shirt and a medal. The kids 1-mile run provides a medal for all finishers. Awards are offered for multiple competitive categories: overall top 3 male and female, age-group top 3 male and female (19 and under, 20-34, 35-49, 50-64, 65+), cadet top 3 male and female, and half marathon ruck top 3 male and female. Ruck competitors must carry at least 35 pounds to qualify for ruck awards.
Packet pickup is available on Saturday, March 13, 2027, from 10 AM until 3 PM adjacent to the West Point Visitor Center. Cadet packet pickup is scheduled in the Mess Hall (Poop Deck) on Thursday, March 11 and Friday, March 12. Race-day packet pickup is available early on March 14, but non-DOD visitors should allow extra time for visitor passes.
