Project 13.1 - Rockland Lake State Park, March 20, 2027
Project 13.1 is a half marathon held at Rockland Lake State Park on March 20, 2027. The course uses the park paths and consists of four loops around the lake. Organizers plan a few small course updates intended to increase speed and remove a hairpin turn in the first mile while preserving the same general route.
The event is organized in two waves to reduce crowding and lapping on course. Pacers will be provided to support runners targeting a time standard of under 95 minutes, and pacing opportunities include leading a group for part of the race and then finishing. Pacers receive complimentary entry to a future Trials of Miles event, event swag, and breakfast after the race.
On-course support includes a water station near the start and finish area and designated tables for individualized bottle service. Bib pickup will be available the day before at Rockland Lake State Park and on race day. Parking will be available in the state park with further details to be announced.
