Shore to Shorecrest 5K (4th Annual)
The Shore to Shorecrest 5K is an annual community running event in Saint Petersburg that reflects the local school history and Chargers spirit in the Tampa Bay Area. The original Shorecrest Outdoor School was founded in 1923 and the current campus was established in 1967; the historic site is approximately 3.1 miles from the present campus.
The event is a point-to-point course with the start at Flora Wylie Park, 1400 N Shore Dr NE, Saint Petersburg, FL 33704, and the finish at Shorecrest Campus, 5101 1st St NE, Saint Petersburg, FL 33703.

Registration details in the source show varied fees for each event and registration opens on 2026-07-30 and closes on 2026-11-07 for most options. Participants who register after 2026-10-02 may not receive their preferred t-shirt size.
Packet pickup is available at the Shorecrest Athletic Center Jacobson Lobby on November 4 and November 5; participants under 18 must have an adult present to pick up their packets.
Event-day notes include no shuttle service, limited parking near the start and on-campus parking limited to specified lots, a coffee vendor on site, a warm up led by The Athleticus, strollers and wheelchairs permitted, and pets and wheeled items like bicycles and scooters prohibited on the course and campus.
