Exeter 3K and 1200m Races
The Exeter 3K and 1200m Races are an evening track meeting at Exeter Arena Athletics Stadium on Friday 25 September 2026. The event is presented as a traffic free, well supported track programme with graded, seeded heats to group runners by ability.
The programme includes youth and senior races. Changes to England Athletics age groups and permitted distances mean the U12 and U14 races are 1200m this year rather than one mile. The 3000m races are restricted to Under 16 athletes and above. The event is UKA licenced and times are eligible for Power 10.
Distances
- 3,000m races for Under 16 and above.
- 1,200m races for Under 12 and Under 14 athletes.
Race headquarters are at the Exeter Harriers Pavilion beside the track. Race car parking is at the track and showers and changing are available under the grandstand. Entry fees are listed per race in the event information. Age categories are determined by age on 31 August 2026. Medals will be awarded to the first three past the post in each seeded race regardless of age or gender. First aid provision is supplied by Dartmoor Ambulance Service. Timing and results will be published after the event. This meeting is run as a stand alone event and is not part of a series. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
