The Exeter Santa Run is organised by Exeter City Community Trust and takes place on Sunday, 7 December 2025 in Exeter. The event offers two measured distances:
- 2.5 km (Family Fun Run)
- 5 km
The run is open to participants of all ages and abilities and can be completed by running, jogging or walking. The event is not a timed race, so finish times do not need to be submitted. A limited number of Santa suits are available to purchase; wearing a suit is optional. Push chairs and dogs are mentioned as able to take part when dressed for the occasion. Participation, fundraising and services
Places can be booked directly or secured via a charity place with Exeter City Community Trust. Charity places carry a minimum fundraising pledge of £30 or £60 depending on the distance (excluding gift aid). Fundraising can support charity partners including Exeter Leukaemia Fund, Alright Mate and Children’s Hospice South West. Team runners who fundraise receive a technical running top, a fundraising pack, access to online training materials and post-event hospitality. The event provides pre-event information and race instructions through the organiser’s published materials. Ratings from previous participants are recorded on the organiser’s review feed.
