EVL Halloween Half Marathon

Event details
The EVL Halloween race day is on Saturday, October 25, 2025, in Ellicottville, New York (5 Monroe St). The event begins and ends in the village and uses local countryside roads in the Southern Tier. The program includes these race options:
- Half Marathon
- 5k
- Half Marathon Relay
The half marathon has a time limit of 3 hours 30 minutes. Participants may wear costumes; costume use and Halloween-related activities are offered but are optional.
Registration and policies
Published entry prices include processing fees: half marathon $96.40, 5k $54, relay $101.70. Prices increase after October 24, 2025. The relay listing indicated limited remaining spots and that registration closes on October 25, 2025. The half marathon is open to ages 14 and older.
Finishers of the 5k, half marathon, and relay receive a finisher medal, a race t-shirt, a race number, a snack bag at the finish, and a wave start format is used. A long sleeve 1/4 zip is available as an upgrade for an additional $12. The event follows USA Track & Field rules; strollers and dogs are not allowed. Transfers, deferrals, and insurance options are detailed in the race FAQ; refunds are not offered. Race materials cannot be mailed or picked up after the event.
