Entry, logistics and rules
Entry fees and early registration conditions are published for each event and may change as registration progresses. Race items such as medals and shirts are provided but must be picked up on race day. Day-of registrations are not guaranteed a t-shirt due to limited quantities. The event is governed by USA Track & Field rules; strollers are not permitted. Transfers to another participant are allowed free of charge until May 5, 2025. Race entries may be deferred to the following year until April 15, 2025; one-year deferral is allowed. Changes between the Half Marathon and 5k are permitted until May 9, 2025, with a fee when upgrading from the 5k to the Half and no refund when moving from the Half to the 5k. Refunds are not allowed.
