Even Splits Leeds 5K (July 2026)
The Even Splits Leeds 5K is a monthly, chip-timed road race held at the University of Leeds Brownlee Centre. Races run on a flat, three-lap course of 5 kilometres and are suitable for wheelchair participants. Results are sent by text at the finish and mile splits are published the next day. Results also appear on Power of 10.
Entry is limited to 200 places. Single race entry prices are listed for affiliated and unaffiliated runners, and a multi-race Race Pass is available for the July to November series. New entrants receive a race number with an embedded timing chip to use at Leeds and York 5K events; that number is collected from Registration on a first visit. Previously issued RED 5K numbers from 2020–25 may be reused if recorded on the entry form. All entrants are entitled to one free number replacement within a 12 month period; subsequent replacements are charged at £4.
Facilities at the Race HQ include water, distance markers and toilets. There are no changing facilities, no showers and no baggage storage. The Race HQ is the Brownlee Centre, Bodington Playing Fields, Bodington Avenue, Leeds LS16 8NA. The organiser allows a single deferral to the next race in the calendar year if requested at least three days before race day. Entry fees are non-refundable and race places cannot be transferred.
