Event Overview
The EvenSplits Leeds 5k is a monthly road race held at the University of Leeds Brownlee Centre. The event takes place on a 5 km circuit that is entirely traffic-free. The course is flat and consists of three laps, making it suitable for participants using wheelchairs. The race is EA licensed, ensuring that results are eligible for inclusion on Power of 10.
Participation and Timing
Each race is chip-timed, and participants receive their results via text message immediately upon crossing the finish line. Detailed mile splits are provided the following day. Runners who have previously been issued a red 5k race number from the 2020-2025 series may reuse it for 2026, provided the number is recorded during entry. New participants receive a race number with an embedded chip at registration, which is also valid for York 5k events organized by the same group.
