Even Splits Leeds 5K (JUL'26)
The Even Splits Leeds 5K is a monthly 5 kilometre road race held at the University of Leeds Brownlee Centre. Races run February to November and use a flat, three-lap course. The event is chip-timed and results are sent by text at the finish; mile splits are published the next day and results appear on Power of 10. Race headquarters is at the Brownlee Centre, Bodington Playing Fields, Bodington Avenue, Leeds LS16 8NA.
Entry options include single race entries and a race pass for multiple events. Listed fees are: single entry affiliated £10, single entry unaffiliated £12, race pass (Jul-Nov) affiliated £40, race pass (Jul-Nov) unaffiliated £48. The race has an entry limit of 200. Entry on the day is not available.
Facilities at the venue include water, distance markers and toilets. There are no changing facilities, no showers and no baggage storage. The course is marked as suitable for wheelchairs. First-time entrants collect a race number that contains an embedded timing chip; previously issued red 5K numbers from 2020–25 may be reused if recorded on the entry form. Each entrant is entitled to one free number replacement in a 12 month period; subsequent replacements incur a £4 charge.
Places may be deferred once to the next race in the calendar year if requested at least three days before race day. All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
