Panther Takes The Hindmost

Panther Takes the Hindmost is a unique running event that combines elements of a Backyard Ultra with elimination-style racing. Participants will complete a series of 10.5 km laps around the scenic Swinsty and Fewston Reservoirs, with the opportunity to run at least 52 km before eliminations begin. After four qualifying laps, the last runner to finish each subsequent lap will be eliminated until only three remain, who will then compete until one runner is left standing.

All finishers receive a medal and a T-shirt, and the event is limited to 30 entrants. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
