About the race
The St Aidan's 10K is a popular trail running event held in July at RSPB St Aidan's Country Park near Leeds. This 10-kilometre race offers a mostly flat, fast course along public footpaths and bridleways through scenic parkland, starting and finishing at the Visitor Centre by the Little Owl Cafe. Limited to 300 runners due to parking and environmental concerns, the race provides water stations, distance markers, and toilets but no changing or shower facilities.
