ET Indoor Triathlon - March 21, 2027
The ET Indoor Triathlon takes place on March 21, 2027 at Central Park Athletic Club, 4225 Naperville Rd, Lisle, IL 60532. The event uses indoor pool, studio spin bikes, and treadmills and measures performance by distance covered.
The one-hour format is structured as follows: 10 minutes of swimming in a 20-yard lap pool with no deep end where athletes can stand and walking is permitted; 10 minutes allowed to transition from pool to spin bikes; 30 minutes of riding on studio spin bikes; 5 minutes allowed to transition from bikes to treadmills; and 20 minutes of treadmill running. Each athlete has an assigned swim lane. Volunteers record distances for each segment and final results are based on total distance.
Waves of four athletes start at regular 20-minute intervals and continue until all athletes have finished. The event duration may extend into the early afternoon depending on the number of registered participants. Athlete wave start times will be posted 48 hours prior to the event date.
