The ERC Centenary Duathlon takes place on 03 May 2026 at Meadowmill Sports Centre in East Lothian. The event offers entirely off-road racing in a fully enclosed environment. Distances and age groups:

  • Tristar 1 (Ages 9-10): Run 1200m | Bike 2km | Run 400m
  • Tristar 2 (Ages 11-12): Run 1600m | Bike 4km | Run 600m
  • Tristar 3 (Ages 13-14): Run 2000m | Bike 6km | Run 800m
  • Youth (Ages 15-16): Run 3000m | Bike 8km | Run 1500m

Age group is determined by age on 31 December 2026. A relay option is available for teams of two: one competitor completes both run legs and the other completes the bike leg. Relay teams may be Female, Mixed, or Open. Waves for the adult event include separate Female and Open waves in line with British Triathlon’s Transgender Policy.

Entry fees vary by category and booking date; early and late prices are listed for Adult, Tristar, Youth, and Relay categories. Participants without a home nation Triathlon membership must purchase a British Triathlon race pass; fees for this event are £2.00 (+£0.08 service charge) for those aged 24 and under, and £8.00 (+£0.32 service charge) otherwise.
