eRACE The Stigma 5K RUN/WALK : Salisbury, MD
eRACE THE STIGMA is a nonprofit event that supports mental health awareness, education, and direct assistance. The event is held in partnership with Wicomico Public Schools and the Wicomico Local Management Board as part of the Children's Mental Health Awareness Fair. Proceeds are directed to individuals in need of treatment and to organizations that provide education, awareness, or treatment for mental health, mental illness, and addiction.
The event takes place at James M. Bennett High School, 300 E. College Ave., Salisbury, MD 21804. The course is a 3.11 mile route that starts at the high school and passes through nearby neighborhoods. Timing is chip based using the Chronotrack system.

Pre-registration and race-day registration options are offered, with an early-registration period that ends on April 14, 2026. A paper entry form is available for mail-in entries; mailed entries must arrive by Monday of race week to guarantee a race t-shirt. Awards are given for overall male and female, masters male and female, and the top three finishers in 10-year age groups from 9 & under to 70 & over; no awards are given in the non-competitive walk.
Participants must follow the marked course and posted instructions; failure to comply may result in disqualification. Parking is available at the high school.
