Event Overview

The Enigma 5km takes place in Caldecotte, Milton Keynes. The event base is located at the Premier Inn Lakeside Grove, situated approximately 150 yards from the A5 and three miles from the M1. Participants can identify the location by the landmark windmill nearby. The race is organized by Enigma Running and provides a structured environment for runners to complete a short-distance course.

Course and Registration

The event follows a specific 5 km route around the Caldecotte area. Registration occurs at the venue, where participants receive a detailed route description. Each participant must attend a mandatory race briefing held ten minutes before the scheduled start. Use of the large pub car park is available for those traveling to the venue by car.

Participation and Support

The event is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older on race day. Registration is limited to a maximum of 30 entrants, ensuring a small field of runners. On-site race support includes a starter, a timekeeper, and a race referee. Water is provided for participants during the event.
