North York Moors Coastal Trail Run : Ravenscar
This trail running event takes place wholly within the North York Moors National Park and uses sections of the Cleveland Way. Courses run across moorland and grassland and pass features such as dry stone walls, disused railway lines and upland sheep grazing. Whitby Abbey is a few miles from the event area.
The programme offers four distance categories with recorded ascent figures for each. The terrain is described as moderate. The event is part of the Endurancelife 2026–27 trail running season and contributes points to the Season Leaderboard; points are awarded based on performance at the event.
Registered participants will be asked to complete an online check in about two weeks before the event. The check in includes verification of personal details, an In Case of Emergency contact and viewing a mandatory event safety video. Entries for the distances have limited capacity.
